Pear and Cinnamon Smoothie

Serves: 1. Prep time: 5 mins.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 120ml plain yoghurt
  • 1 medium pear (tinned or fresh)
  • 2 tsp Agave Nectar or Honey (according to preference)
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp lime juice

METHOD:

  • If using a fresh pear, peel it and remove the core
  • Chop the pear into small pieces
  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Transfer into a serving glass and garnish with a slice of lime
