Pear and Cinnamon Smoothie

Serves: 1. Prep time: 5 mins.
INGREDIENTS:
- 120ml plain yoghurt
- 1 medium pear (tinned or fresh)
- 2 tsp Agave Nectar or Honey (according to preference)
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp lime juice
METHOD:
- If using a fresh pear, peel it and remove the core
- Chop the pear into small pieces
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Transfer into a serving glass and garnish with a slice of lime
