Eggless Banana Mousse

Serves: 1. Prep time: 20 mins.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 small ripe banana, peeled
  • 100ml plain yogurt
  • 2 tsp Agave Nectar or Honey (according to preference)
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon

METHOD:

  • In a large bowl, mash the bananas.
  • Now, add the lime juice and Agave Nectar or Honey to the bowl of mashed banana, and mix them so that they form a smooth paste.
  • To this puree, add the yogurt and whisk the mixture until it is smooth (there might be a few lumps).
  • OR, for a smoother mix, add the mix to a blender.
  • Pour this mix into small glass serving bowl, and refrigerate until the mousse sets.
  • Serve the mousse chilled and garnished with a pinch of ground cinnamon.
