Eggless Banana Mousse

Serves: 1. Prep time: 20 mins.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 small ripe banana, peeled
- 100ml plain yogurt
- 2 tsp Agave Nectar or Honey (according to preference)
- 1 tsp lime juice
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
METHOD:
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas.
- Now, add the lime juice and Agave Nectar or Honey to the bowl of mashed banana, and mix them so that they form a smooth paste.
- To this puree, add the yogurt and whisk the mixture until it is smooth (there might be a few lumps).
- OR, for a smoother mix, add the mix to a blender.
- Pour this mix into small glass serving bowl, and refrigerate until the mousse sets.
- Serve the mousse chilled and garnished with a pinch of ground cinnamon.
