Avocado Banana Smoothie

Serves 1-2. Prep: 10 min.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 banana
  • ½ avocado
  • 450ml chilled milk (dairy, soy or almond)
  • 2 tsp Agave Syrup
  • Pinch of cinnamon + mint leaves to garnish

METHOD:

  • Cut the avocado, scoop out the flesh and discard the skin
  • Cut the banana into slices
  • Add the avocado flesh, banana, milk and agave syrup into a blender. Blend until smooth
  • Pour into a glass, garnish with a pinch of cinnamon and mint leaves.
  • Serve immediately
