Apple Cinnamon Lassi

Serves: 1. Prep: 15 mins.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 apple
- 480 ml plain yogurt
- 2 pinches cinnamon
- 2 tsp Agave Syrup or 2 tsp sugar
- 2 ice cubes (optional)
- mint leaf to garnish
METHOD:
- Peel the apple and remove core, then chop it into small pieces
- Add to a blender: the yoghurt; a pinch of cinnamon and the syrup or sugar
- Blend, making sure the lassi is smooth in texture
- Now add the apple pieces and blend again, making sure the lassi is smooth in texture
- If required, add the ice cubes to the blender and blend one more time to desired smoothness
- Pour the lassi into a glass and top it with a little cinnamon and mint leaf
