Avocado Banana Smoothie

Serves 1-2. Prep: 10 min.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 banana
- ½ avocado
- 450ml chilled milk (dairy, soy or almond)
- 2 tsp Agave Syrup
- Pinch of cinnamon + mint leaves to garnish
METHOD:
- Cut the avocado, scoop out the flesh and discard the skin
- Cut the banana into slices
- Add the avocado flesh, banana, milk and agave syrup into a blender. Blend until smooth
- Pour into a glass, garnish with a pinch of cinnamon and mint leaves.
- Serve immediately
