Rose Cinnamon Tea

INGREDIENTS:

  • 480 ml water
  • 1½ tbsp dry scented rose petals (can be bought for making tea)
  • ½”/1cm cinnamon stick (not ground cinnamon)
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • Agave Syrup or honey as required

METHOD:

  • Boil the water in kettle & pour in a small pan.
  • Add the cinnamon stick and ginger and stir, simmer for 1-2 minutes then take off the heat
  • Add rose petals and allow them to steep for 5-15 minutes
  • Strain the liquid into a glass
  • Add the Agave Syrup or honey to taste
