Rose Cinnamon Tea

INGREDIENTS:
- 480 ml water
- 1½ tbsp dry scented rose petals (can be bought for making tea)
- ½”/1cm cinnamon stick (not ground cinnamon)
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- Agave Syrup or honey as required
METHOD:
- Boil the water in kettle & pour in a small pan.
- Add the cinnamon stick and ginger and stir, simmer for 1-2 minutes then take off the heat
- Add rose petals and allow them to steep for 5-15 minutes
- Strain the liquid into a glass
- Add the Agave Syrup or honey to taste
